To sign your child up, please email contact@eurekavalleyarts.com
Please include your child's age, name, and which camp you would like to sign them up for.
The Assistant Director will send you a pdf Emergency Contact form to fill out. Once you have filled this out and sent it back to contact@eurekavalleyarts.com your child will be added into our ProCare system and the camp of your choosing.
ProCare is the app we use to track all of our campers, communicate with our parents, and invoice. These are the main ways we use ProCare:
DATE NIGHTS WILL RETURN IN SEPTEMBER
Have a night out while your child enjoys dinner and a movie.
Date Night is from 6:00pm – 9:00pm
You must sign up through emailing contact@eurekavalleyarts.com to be able to attend Date Night.
Cost is $30 and $20 for siblings.
No Date Night on school Holidays and Summer.
Date Night will be cancelled if we do not have many sign ups.
EVA Summer Camp is dedicated to providing a playful, fun-filled, challenging summer camp experience for young people of all backgrounds in a safe setting. At EVA Summer Camp, outdoor experiences and personal growth go hand in hand; as campers learn new skills, they discover special qualities in themselves, in others, and in the world around them.
Our Objectives:
● Have Fun!
● Experience a sense of adventure, exploration, and creation in a safe environment
● Be given the opportunity to create their experience through making decisions about activities, attitudes and level of participation
● Form positive relationships with peers and staff role models
● Explore personal values within a community grounded in the positive values of: friendship, community, leadership, stewardship, exploration, and creativity
Disclaimers/Requirements:
Art Camp kids must be 5+ years old and Adventure 7+ or extensive history with staff.
Wheelchair students welcome in Art Camp. Our site has stairs (no ramp) but the ability to walk around to the upstairs portion through parking lot if needed. Adventure Camp is not as easily accessible as we do hikes and our vans are not wheelchair accessible.
Students who need consistent 1 on 1 attention would require a parent provided para.
Arts Camp (stay at 1010 Valencia)
Art Camp $575 per week.
Ages 5-12
Over the course of 10 weeks, Arts Camp will play at mission playground, foster creativity through mixed media projects, and play games. We will use a wide variety of materials and methods including: drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, book making, steam and more! EVA Summer Camps offer a place to build community, expand imagination, and strengthen self-confidence. Through creative, hands-on education, your child will broaden their understanding of various Art forms and techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.
We ask that campers pack sunscreen, snacks, lunch, a change of clothes for water play, and a towel. Please download ProCare prior to the start of camp to receive communications from teachers.
Camps run from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily. Drop off is at 9am at 1010 Valencia St. San Francisco and pick up is by 5pm. While we do not offer before care or aftercare for camps, please let us know if you need an earlier drop off or are running late. We will try to help where we are able.

Adventure Camp (travel)
Must be ages 7-14
Adventure Camp $575 per week + $100 in cash at arrival for adventure costs.
Adventure Camp will have daily field trips in and around the Bay Area with mini art projects in the morning. The kids decide as a group where they will go on Monday morning. Based on this a list of daily activities will be sent out on Monday and a pack list for each day will be included.
Drop off and pick up are at the parking lot gate at 3315 21st St. Camps run from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily. While we do not offer before care or aftercare for camps, please let us know if you need an earlier drop off or are running late. We will try to help where we are able. We also may be running late due to traffic. Due to all of these communications, please make sure you have ProCare downloaded prior to camp.
We ask that you book any appointments on Mondays (ie: Doctor, Dentist) as we will stay local on those days. We will not be able to accommodate for late drop off or early pick up on Tuesday-Friday as we will be gone on adventures from 9-5. On Mondays the group will plan the adventures for the week. Every Friday we go swimming at either Rinconada Pool in Palo Alto or Hamilton Pool in Novato.

If the camp of your choice is full we will put you on a waitlist and reach out if it becomes available.
There is a $100 deposit to hold your spot per week and is non-refundable.
If you cancel your camp spot a month prior to camp starting then we are able to credit the cost of the camp towards a future camp (not including the deposit).
If you have an outstanding balance from a previous camp with us, we are unable to sign you up for camp until that is paid in full.
If your balance is unpaid by the invoice date then we are unable to accept your camper.
Please note that while we strive to accommodate all individuals to the best of our ability, we regret to inform you that our camp may not be able to provide sufficient support for people with disabilities. Our facilities, resources, and staff may not be adequately equipped to meet the specific needs of individuals with disabilities, including but not limited to physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments.
